Delivery Information

DOMESTIC

• You will receive an estimated date of delivery within 48 hours of your order being placed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our premises.
• Please allow up to 21 days for manufacturing and domestic delivery.
• Trimworks uses selected couriers based on your location for domestic deliveries.
• Trimworks assumes that anyone at the delivery address is authorised to sign for your order.
• If there is no one at the delivery address when the driver arrives, you will receive a calling card to rearrange delivery. An additional delivery fee may be charged at Trimworks discretion.
• If you need to change your delivery address, please notify us via email no later than 48 hours after your order has been placed.
• Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.
• We currently do not deliver internationally through our online store. If you are internationally based and wish to place an order please contact us.
